Formal Notification
Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as President of Unifor Local 42, effective October 23, 2026. Unfortunately, I have found it increasingly difficult to perform my duties effectively due to ongoing challenges in the work environment. For the sake of my personal and professional well-being, I believe it is best to move on.
Transition Plan
To ensure a smooth handoff for the membership, I am committed to the following:
- Organizing all Bell active grievance files and digital records with Bell’s Chief Steward.
- Forward all ongoing committee matters to the Vice President.
- Assisting in the transition of signing authorities and administrative access.
- Participate in the internal investigation of the Local’s Financial records and transactions.
